I solve the technical problems off-the-shelf software can't.
A web app, an integration, an automation, a server. Or something that doesn't exist yet: I listen, dig into your domain and build the solution end to end. 10+ years of experience, one person to talk to instead of five trades. And you talk directly to the one who builds it.

Sound familiar?
- Key company data lives in spreadsheets and one person's head.
- Your systems don't talk to each other, so someone retypes everything by hand.
- There's software for it, but it can't do the one thing you actually need.
- The old system still runs, but nobody dares touch it anymore.
- You have an idea that should exist, but you're missing the person who builds it.
Real workflows, cleanly solved.

Germany-wide service campaign: from one shared spreadsheet to a single application
Several people used to work on the same Excel file in parallel: versions travelled by email and states had to be reconciled constantly. As the campaign grew, coordination threatened to drown the project. I turned it into one central application: scheduling, planning and field technicians all work on the same live data. The file ping-pong disappeared entirely. The campaign was completed successfully.
"Honestly: without this solution the project probably would not have paid off for us at all. It saved us an incredible amount of effort."
· my own co-founded venture
4traffic: my own IoT platform
As a co-founder I built and ran a platform for footfall and environmental sensor data, from the backend to the customer dashboard. I know what the other side feels like: own risk, real customers, fixed costs every month. That understanding goes into every project.
And when it really matters: Before that, I worked on the front end of software with high security requirements, among other things. Which means for you: care and reliability are standard with me, not the exception.
Your field is niche? Even better.
I've dug into domains I knew little about and built software companies rely on there:
- certificate infrastructure (PKI)
- network technology
- IoT sensors (device to dashboard)
- pharma inventory systems
- Germany-wide field-service logistics
- document automation
I may not know your field yet. That's exactly how every one of these projects started. Listening and digging in is the part of my work I do best.
10+ years of development, five of them in-house, most recently as Frontend Chapter Lead at a network equipment manufacturer.
How I can help
Four ways I can help, plus a no-obligation starting point if you're not sure where to begin.
Digitalise your processes
Still doing a lot by hand or in Excel? I understand your workflow and turn it into an application that takes work off your plate: less manual effort, fewer errors, more overview.
From idea to application
You have a business idea and need someone to bring it to life technically? I build your first usable product, and think along instead of just ticking off tasks.
Develop what you already have
A solution that's stalling, outdated, or needs to grow? I modernise and extend it, with no downtime and proper test coverage.
Your ongoing technical partner
Software is never truly ‘finished’. It should grow with your business. Instead of project after project, I look after your application continuously: maintenance, new features, and one contact who already knows your business. Predictable, with a fixed monthly allowance.
The easiest first step: 30 minutes, and you leave with a roadmap.
We look at where things grind. Afterwards you get one page from me: what's worth doing, what isn't, roughly what it costs. The roadmap is yours, even if we never work together.
First listen. Then understand. Then build.
In exactly that order. Because good software doesn't come from a spec sheet, it comes from understanding your business.
Listen
Before a single line of code, I listen. I want to understand how your business really runs and where it hurts.
Understand
I translate your workflow into a clear plan and tell you honestly where digitalisation saves you work and where it doesn't.
Build
Then I build it myself. Advice and implementation from one person: reliable, even when it gets technically demanding.
About me
My real strength isn't a single technology, it's listening and quickly grasping how your business works.
I've been working in software development for over 10 years: the first years employed, today freelance for my clients.
I quickly grasp where digitalisation genuinely takes work off your hands, and then build it myself. Everything from one source, with nothing lost between idea and implementation. I work independently and remotely, am a native German speaker, and live in Poland.
What I enjoy most about this work: the moment when a tedious, manually maintained process suddenly just runs, and frees up the other person's mind for what really matters.

Three questions people rarely dare to ask
- What if you're unavailable?
- Fair question. The code is yours, in your hands, documented, and built so any experienced developer could take over. You're a client, not a hostage.
- What does it cost?
- Honest answer: it depends on scope. That's why the free call ends with a roadmap including a rough estimate. You know what you're getting into before you decide.
- You're based in Poland. Is that complicated?
- No. You get a standard EU B2B invoice with a VAT ID, routine for your accounting. CET time zone, native-level German, fluent English.
Modern and reliable, in the background.
You get a solution that runs securely, stays maintainable, and grows with your business. The technology behind it is my concern, not your problem.
Secure & maintainable
Properly tested, so later changes don't break anything.
Grows with you
Built so your solution can grow along with your business.
Proven foundation
Modern, established technologies, no experiment at your expense.
For the technically curious: React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Docker, and more.
